These are some of the most versatile and well loved essential oils and their uses.





L A V E N D E R


• Add 3 drops to a scoop of Epsom salts for a relaxing bath

• Diffuse 3 drops before bedtime for a restful sleep

• Add 1 drop in your mascara tube for long healthy lashes

• Mix with coconut oil or Shea butter for a soothing skin balm






L E M O N


• Diffuse lemon when studying

• Add a drop to filtered water to kick start your day

• Add 2-3 drops to your favourite smoothies

• Use to help clean sticky surfaces and objects






P E P P E R M I N T


• Diffuse for mental alertness

• Add a drop on the tongue to freshen the breath

• Apply a drop to your belly for tummy trouble
